My name is Myrto Zara.

The unlimited power of the human body and mind have fascinated me ever since I can remember.​​

Although I first channeled my interest in it by pursuing a B.Sc. in Mathematics, I soon found myself irrevocably drawn to the topic of human nutrition.

I completed my training in the Edison Institute of Nutrition, one of the first holistic nutrition schools in North America. Working with children and teenagers fueled my interest in the importance of building a dietary foundation for their future health, especially when it comes to neurodivergent individuals. I further expanded my knowledge with additional education on nutrition in autism and currently work alongside a highly experienced team of psychiatrists to achieve optimum results.
